Site layouts for Epstein's personal Caribbean island among the released materials.
Additionally featured in this latest photograph disclosure appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had drawn up ambitious plans to develop the 161-acre island by building residences, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a pool.
Visible on the blueprint is a local waterway, a marine passage in the region, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is marked up in notations in red and features a legend detailing various sections of the property.
In addition to the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, such as designs for marina coverings.
Further materials disclosed as part of the continuing congressional release.
